Cancellation and Refund Policy

At DGPODS Hotel, we strive to offer flexible booking options to accommodate our guest’s need. However, due to the nature of our pricing and availability, we have established a strict cancellation policy as outlined below:

1. Free Cancellation of booking can be done before 12 hours of checking-in time.

2. Deduction of 30% of the booking amount, if booking cancelled 6 hours and above in advance of the day of Check-in.

3. Deduction of 50% of the booking amount, if booking cancelled 3 hours in advance of the day of Check-in.

4. Deduction of 20% of Booking amount shall be done, for delay in Train scheduled Arrival time at LTT Station due to uncertain events like Fogs etc. on submission of train late certificates issued by LTT Station Master and further rescheduling allotment of New PODS may be offered to Customers subject to availability of PODS.

5. No refund shall be admissible in case of cancellation of booking at counter offline on the same day.

6. Amount will be refunded to the customer except for the payment gateway/online transaction charges.

7. FORCE MAJEURE: DGPODS Hotel will not be liable for any refund or compensations in case pf force Majeure events such as Natural Disasters, Government Regulations, Strikes, or other Events beyond DGPODS control that prevent Guests from honouring their bookings.

NOTE: WE OFFER 50% REFUND FOR BOOKING OF PODS FOR DIFFERENTLY ABLED GUEST AT THE TIME OF CHECK-OUT. (GUEST NEED TO PROVIDE CERTIFICATE OF DISABILITY)
