Guest Policy
At DGPODS, we aim to provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for all our guests. To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we have established the following guest policies. We kindly ask all our guests to adhere to these guidelines to maintain a harmonious and friendly environment.
Reservation and Cancellation
- Reservations: All reservations for booking PODS must be guaranteed with a valid credit card/ Debit Card/ UPI. Full payment is required at the time of booking. However, we also offered offline booking at our PODS Counter located at LTT Railway station Mumbai.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations of booking of PODS shall be available to our guest as per our Cancellation and Refund policies.
Guest Conduct
- Noise Levels: Please respect the comfort of other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Smoking/ Hard Drinks: Smoking/ Hard Drinks are strictly prohibited inside the pods and common areas. Designated smoking areas are provided outside.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Possession of Unauthorised Goods/ Articles : are strictly Prohibited and all your belonging attached with you and your designated pods area shall be your responsibilities, DGPODS shall not be responsible/ Liable for any consequences/ offences if any prohibited goods/ articles found in your baggage / pods during your stay / halt with us.
Safety and Security
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Please secure your valuables and do not leave them unattended.
- Fire Safety: For your safety, please familiarize yourself with the emergency exits and fire safety procedures upon arrival.
- Health Safety: Guest are requested to take care of his own health safety and well informed in advance to us, if any health/ illness-related issues are there. Further, any uncertain event occurred during your stay with our PODS, your health / illness safety related issues is to be taken care of by yourself/ your relatives etc.
- DGPODS in any case shall not be liable for any Guest health/ illness/ fire / theft related issue arose during his stay, if any.
Liability
DGPODS is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. By staying with us, guests agree to indemnify and hold DGPODS harmless from any claims arising from their stay.
